Due to the current COVID-19 situation, wehave had to pivot and move with the times. We have fully joined the digital-onlinehealth sphere thanks to our friends at Cliniko - which hosts our capability tosecurely conduct telehealth appointments. This system adheres to all privacyand data security requirements unlike a lot of the other availableteleconference applications.
Online Physiotherapy is perfect if you areself-isolating, or unwell and cannot attend your regular physiotherapysessions. Our staff are well equipped to visually assess and provide treatmentadvice via video feed.
To access this service, all you need to dois either call our head office on 0394595849 or book online and select the 'PhysioLife Online' option when selecting a clinic. Once the appointment has been booked,you will receive a confirmation email that has a link to join the appointment.Your physiotherapist will also join the call. It is like really being there! There will be an option to prepay viacredit card or you can call up and do so over the phone via our head office. Dueto this being a very new thing for us, we will be doing a special introductoryrate of $40 for all private Online Physiotherapy consultations. At this stagethere is no private health insurance rebate available, however this is likelyto change in April. We will let you know which funds open their doors to Online Physiotherapy
We will update you as new information comesto hand regarding being able to complete Workcover, TAC, DVA and Medicareappointments via Online Physiotherapy.
